Please read before you begin
PMI uses one unified application for all PMI‑funded academic scholarships.
You apply once.
If you meet the minimum eligibility criteria, PMI will automatically match you to the most appropriate scholarship award for which you qualify during the review process.
Applicants may receive one scholarship per academic year.
To be considered for a PMI Academic Scholarship, applicants must complete all sections of this application accurately and in full.
- All applications and materials must be submitted through Submittable
- PMI cannot accept applications or documents by email, mail, or any other method
- PMI does not offer pre‑reviews, draft feedback, or application coaching

Setting clear expectations
To ensure fairness and consistency for all applicants, PMI cannot:
- Change or override eligibility determinations
- Reopen or edit applications after the deadline
- Accept late applications or missing materials
- Accept documents outside of Submittable
- Confirm application competitiveness or likelihood of selection
- Expedite review, notification, or payment timelines
Important: Scholarship funds may not be available in time to meet tuition deadlines. Applicants are responsible for managing enrollment and tuition obligations.
What You’ll Need
Before starting, make sure you have:
- Your most recent academic transcript (official or unofficial)
- Two letters of recommendation (written within the past 18 months)
- An acceptance letter (if you are not yet enrolled)
- School financial aid or bursar contact information
- Essay responses prepared in English (to be completed directly within the application form)
Translated copies must be uploaded if original documents are not in English.
We do not accept translated copies of the essays. It must be completed in the application.
